We love partnering up with retailers. Thank you for your interest. You will find Crooked River Candles in several locations across the U.S. and internationally such as Canada, Australia, England, Sweden, Germany, Ireland, Finland, and France.

Steps to Set up your Wholesale Account
Wholesale Inquiry Form

1.) Fill out the Wholesale Inquiry Form.

2.) Click the log-in bar and create your account right away, as this is required before proceeding. Once your account is set up, you will be registered as a site member and I’ll be able to grant you access to our wholesale pages and ordering system.

​

3.) Log into your account and open the dropdown menu. You will see “Approved Wholesale Vendors” listed as an option.

​

4.) The “Approved Wholesale Vendors” section will become accessible once your account has been approved, typically within 24–72 hours.

5.) Lastly, please be sure to review our terms of agreement below.

Crooked River Candle, L.L.C. Wholesale Terms of Agreement

​

  • We require a valid resale ID

  • You are only allowed to sell through the business/website listed on your account.

  • Orders may take up to 4 - 7 business days before shipping, or pick up.

  • Please note that during the holidays orders may take a few extra days. Plan accordingly.

 

Full Invoice payment is due prior to delivery and/or shipping

  • We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Afterpay.

  • We accept payments via C.O.D. (Cash/Checks) only if local and discussed in advance. 

  • Pick up orders may only be picked up after you receive an order ready text or email.

  • After receipt of ready order text/email, a mutually agreed upon day and time fro pick up will be scheduled.

  • There is a $150.00 Minimum purchase requirement on all wholesale orders and reorders.

  • Scheduled pick ups are free. Local deliveries must be requested and based on proximity and availability

  • Shipping, Boxing, & Handling Fees start at $25.00 per order

 

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All of the designs, products, The Crooked River Candle name, and content, photos, within and any materials made available on the Crooked River Candle website, social media, or on any platform are the sole property of Crooked River Candle, L.L.C . The website, designs, products, images, and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form; including but not limited to, reprint, repost, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs belonging to Crooked River Candle, L.L.C. 

 

  • Images may be borrowed for use in social media and for your company's website with prior request and written Crooked River brand recognition. This holds true for as long as your company is carrying The Crooked River Candle brand's products and you remain an approved vendor.

  •  Written and/or mentioned acknowledgement of The Crooked River Candle Brand must be listed with any images or content deemed property of Crooked River Candle or it's identity.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE

  1. Both parties acknowledge that during the course of this agreement, each may obtain confidential information regarding the other party’s business. Both parties agree to treat all such information and the terms of this agreement as confidential and to take all reasonable precautions against disclosure of such information to unauthorized third parties during and after the term of this agreement.

  2. By entering into a wholesale relationship with Crooked River Candle, LLC. , you have actively and in effect agreed to the terms of and within this contract.​
